The Next Day

Dina spent the whole morning sleeping in. Woke up at around 5..got dressed and headed out. She had no where to go.
So she took her laptop and went to starbucks. The typical place for bored Arabs to hang out at.

As she searched Youtube for some funny vedios to pass the time she saw a familiar face walk in through the door.

Why is it that whenever I’m alone and depressed he shows up, she wondered.

She sunk low on the sofa and pulled her lap a bit higher to have the laptop block her face. She resumed to what she was doing.

She lowered herself a little more.

I don’t know what’s up with me, but I’m getting the hang of these random posts…and I don’t know why…probably since I’m not having that daily doze of inspiration on continuing with the story. Anywho, let’s start…

• Just yesterday and before yesterday, I started eating the Hershey chocolate chips and I must say they are deliciously good. But the weird part is that I’m eating them alone!
• My smaller sister is crying and screaming and I can’t take it anymore…I think I’ve got a headache coming along the way! Pfffttttt. So not the time for it!
• I’m waiting for my soup to get ready *_*
• I hate Eid. It sure was a waste of time looking forward to it!
• I miss Noafo…and the rest of the group.
• Oh my soup’s ready…yalla, bakel o barja3 ;)

• Contemplating on whether to curl her hair or straighten it for tonight…

• The holiday’s over :’( No more 24/7 blogging x
• I want to live on the highest floor of one of those towers lining up on the Corniche…even though they’re offices…I want to turn one into a penthouse and enjoy the view.
• I finally found the reason to my weight gain…I swallow my food before chewing it all -.- My sister once told me, “Sunset, shway shway, tara ma7ad rak’6 warach!” Don’t blame me! I love my food :’(
• I want to loose five pounds…and I started from today.
• My plan doesn’t include the gym because we’re back to school now and I have absolutely no time for anything…so I’m sticking to healthy eating and watching each bit of what I eat.
• I have finally found the perfect name that suits my uncle’s wife thanks to my sister…”Cruella de Vil”…this picture right here is how she looks like when she’s mad and starts screaming. Yes, I have witnessed it…unfortunately.

• I don’t like shopping…except if it’s shopping for bags and shoes then baby I’m in, but if it’s clothes, come and find me if you turn around with me out of sight!
• My friend and I were talking about shopping overall when he stops and goes like, “I feel like a girl,” haha. I’m like, “I’m not that much into shopping,” haha at one point it felt weird :P
• I want to go out and picture nature.
• I want to drive. Pshtttt, can’t we be like America and get our license at 16…that way I’d be a year away instead of having to wait for 3 -.-
• I want to dance! Tonight, Inshalla…tonight!
• I don’t know if it’s possible…but I kind of forgot how to dance?
• A few days ago when I was checking Facebook, my friend’s status was, “Murmurs of the Heart is trying to figure out Twitter, if my mother has one then I shall!” LOL, between, she’s Murmurs of the Heart :) Her status really made me laugh :P

• We’re just three weeks through the whole school year and I’m already waiting for summer 10…OMG! It just hit me…I was going to say 09 when I realised that the one digit is kapoosh gone and we’ll be welcoming two digits! Hmmm, did that make sense?
