This is a celery diet which is usually done for people with heart disease and pressure, it cleans ur insides so no need to worry if it’s harmful or not, because it’s not!
First Day:
* You can eat as much fruit as you want and all fruits EXCEPT BANANAS! NO BANANAS
* It’s okay to drink freshly squeezed juices, with no kind of added preservatives or sugar.
* Watermelon is recommended
* Must drink the celery soup, which burns calories.
Second Day:
* All vegetables are allowed, and you can only have veggies for this day.
* Drink lotsa soup!
* Dinner: 1 Baked potato with butter and soup, but no kind of spices such as salt and pepper
Third Day:
* You can eat all the veggies and fruits that you want EXCEPT BANANAS and POTATOES!
* Drink lots of soup
Fourth Day:
* Consists of, lots and lots of soup.
* 8 Bananas
* 3 low fat milk
* Drink lots of water as well.
Fifth Day:
* Lots of soup
* Meat/ Fish/ or Chicken is allowed, but remove the skin of the chicken
* 6 pieces of tomatoes that you may add with the poultry
* Drink 12 glasses of water
Sixth Day:
* Eat lots of meat (la7am only), soup, and lots of veggies except potatoes.
* 2-3 pieces of meat steak for the day, don’t forget the veggies and the soup is the core of this diet.
Seventh Day:
* Eat as much as plain brown rice that you want
* Fruits, no bananas
* Veggies, no potatoes
Eat until you are FULL!
A few tips
- please make sure that you are having the celery soup on a daily basis, it’s what burns the calories and it’s the most important thing in this diet.
- No sodas/pop are allowed
- You have to drink 10 glasses of water daily unless told other wise
- The first couple of days are gonna be a bit hard, but a bear a bit just remember how hot you’re gonna look after

Actually they are two secrets…
The first one, when you are really really hungry with ur stomach rumbling, drink one Turkish Coffee medium. Preferably badly made. Your Appetite will disappear for HOURS!!!!! Espresso doesnt work cause its light. The Coffee Bean Residue in the Turkish coffee makes it richer hence the Qamta feeling!!!
