Ever since i tried Angry Birds for the first time i was hooked! I was in virgin store last Saturday when i saw the Arabic Translation of the Cairo House written by Samia Serageldin. I never read anything for the author before but i liked the cover and the description i read on the back so i bought it. That night i wanted to read a bit in bed before i fell asleep. I woke up this morning with the strangest craving ever… I was craving Koshary! When i fist so Moaz and to be absolutely frank i was shooting something from across the street of  Moaz while my husband waited in front of it. It has a whiff of orange and cinnamon and some other herbs that i cannot place but the resulting aroma and taste is just too good to miss!
